so this sums up my last few weeks, i got to customise tees for a special visit such a proud moment for me.then the pop up shop on carnaby street .carnaby street is beautiful at night.now on to my food themed project.
so i got to machine embroider logos for a special visit where i volunteer part time.i also got to be on itv evening news.: ).i got to build on what i already knew about domestic embroidery machines and learnt a couple of new things.
the pop up shop was on for a bit where work from clients and own brand got displayed and sold.the entrees for the opening were really nice(it all comes back to food)chicken sausages yum!!
so to my recent project let me start at the begining. i was on oxford street looking for fabric to make a onesie. i ended up on berwick street and i happen to see kleins is actually on sale and the shop did not smell like dust for once.everything was cheap because the shop is getting redone finally .so i picked up bits for the after school club i teach 3 quid in total i spent for a load of applique patches.i picked up some eat me badges , well this inspired everything else.i was originally intending to it all by hand but ended up using some of the odd bits of fabric under my bed and some wadding.i literally make it up as i go along and i ‘m nearly finished i just can’t quite figure out how to make swirly icing.: /
